The face behind BUBO
As the founder of BUBO, I bring over 17 years of progressive HR experience from dynamic IT, e-commerce, and financial enterprises like Allegro Group, mBank, Randstad, 7N, TouK and NG Logic Group, most recently in fully remote settings. I have experienced firsthand how the absence of structured people operations can become a bottleneck, diverting key talent from mission-critical work.
My natural asset is a curiosity and an inner drive to see and think differently. I have always looked beyond conventional HR paths, seeking alternative ways adapted to the reality of a world that is changing every day and uniqueness of each organisation.
This gives me the confidence to redefine old methods and offer something new, or in a fresh form. It's why I think of HR as an organisation’s ecosystem architect - the function that sets the foundation for growth in the one domain it's most dependent on: People. I firmly believe a fractional HR partnership can be just as beneficial as a full-time, long-term commitment, thanks to its flexibility and adaptability to your current stage of growth.
